Who we are
Radiant Health Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a CQC-registered health and aesthetics clinic operating three clinics in Horncastle and Skegness. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your personal information.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, contact details, date of birth and the details you share when booking a consultation or treatment. As a healthcare provider, we also collect relevant medical information necessary to assess suitability and deliver treatment safely.
We collect limited technical information automatically when you use our website, such as your browser type and pages visited, to help us improve the site. This is only collected if you agree to analytics cookies.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver consultations and treatments, maintain accurate medical records, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and, only where you have agreed, to send you relevant updates.
Your medical records
Clinical records, including any photographs taken as part of your treatment, form part of your confidential medical record. They are stored securely in line with GDPR and NHS information-governance standards, and accessed only by authorised clinical staff. Images are never shared externally without your explicit, separate consent.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your data. We only share information where necessary to deliver your care, where required by law, or with trusted providers who help us operate (for example, secure record systems) under appropriate data-protection agreements.
Your medical records are never shared with any analytics or marketing provider.
Google Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors find and use our website. It collects information such as the pages you view, how long you spend on them, the type of device and browser you use, and an approximate location based on a truncated IP address. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not combine it with your patient records.
Google processes this information on our behalf and may transfer it outside the UK and EEA, under safeguards approved for international transfers. You can read Google's privacy policy for detail on how they handle data.
Nothing is collected until you agree. We use Google Consent Mode, so analytics is switched off by default and only starts if you accept analytics cookies. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or install Google's browser opt-out add-on.
We also use Google Search Console, which reports the search terms that lead people to our site. This is aggregated and contains no personal information.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, request erasure where applicable, and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.

Our website uses a small number of cookies to make the site work and, with your agreement, to understand how it is used. Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you accept them.
